• Tender Monitoring & Screening: Actively track various tender portals to identify new project opportunities, ensuring we never miss a window for high-value Copernicus or ESA contracts.
• Strategy & SWOT Development: Contribute to the commercial operating plan by conducting rigorous SWOT analyses and defining the over-all strategy to increase global market share.
• Consortium Building: Identify and negotiate with global partners to form international consortia, positioning EOSDA as the lead innovator in collaborative bids.
• Core Authorship: Take lead responsibility for writing and structuring high-stakes proposals for ESA, the EC, and international external aid agencies.
• Technical Coordination: Liaise between interdisciplinary departments to gather documentation and annexes, ensuring all technical requirements are met with total precision.
