Що робити
- Account research: Identifying target companies and key buyer personas, then formulating precise hypotheses about their pain points (e.g., blocks, need for clean IPs, geo-targeting, volume, success rate/VRR).
- Multi-channel outreach: Executing personalized communication via email, LinkedIn, calls, and messengers to elicit responses and avoid landing in spam.
- Data-driven campaign management: Launching, monitoring, and iteratively improving outbound campaigns based on key metrics (open, reply, positive reply, meeting-booked, meeting-accepted rates).
- Qualification and handoff: Guiding each prospect from initial contact through qualification (including short 10-minute intro calls if needed), booking high-quality meetings, and clearly transferring context (BANT, pain points, segment, next step) to the Sales team.
- Product value communication: Articulating how our proxy infrastructure solves client problems using their specific use-cases, rather than just listing features.

- Have proven outbound results: You've generated your own pipeline from scratch (not just handled inbound leads) and can demonstrate metrics from initial contact to booked/accepted meetings and pipeline generated. This is crucial for scaling our B2B channel.
- Possess strong research skills and attention to detail: Enabling you to quickly understand a company, its data stack, and identify their pain points to craft targeted outreach.
- Are a self-starter with a high level of autonomy: You're able to set goals, figure things out, and see them through independently, minimizing the need for micromanagement.
- Have English B2+ proficiency: As all client communication, both written and verbal, is conducted in English.
- Can work with email automation: Including understanding email deliverability and effectively controlling these processes to ensure your messages reach their intended recipients.
