Що робити

Own the System Design / RFC process — driving architecture review and technical decision-making for major backend initiatives
Define and promote architectural patterns and technical standards across backend services as the team scales
Development of new functionality from scratch
Providing new and improving existing technical solutions
Serve as the primary technical resource for backend engineers — providing hands-on guidance, mentoring, and advice on complex technical decisions

Що очікуємо

6+ years of commercial experience as a Python developer, including prior experience in a Tech Lead role
Demonstrated ownership of System Design / RFC processes — driving architecture review and technical decision-making for a team
Proven experience establishing and enforcing architectural patterns and coding standards across a team’s codebase
Experience leading complex technical initiatives end-to-end (service decomposition, scaling efforts, major refactors)
Thorough understanding of PostgreSQL, including schema design, indexing, sharding, and partitioning
