- Provide timely and professional support to B2B partners via support channels.
- Create and configure bonuses, skins and promo codes in accordance with partner requirements.
- Monitor anti-fraud dashboards and system alerts during the night shift, promptly escalating suspicious activity when required.
- Perform first-line investigation of technical and integration-related issues (game availability, API-related requests, mirror switching, basic integration troubleshooting).
- Analyze gameplay and bets to investigate partner requests.
