- Project Setup:
- Launching new projects under own operation;
- Communication and alignment on the project development vector and operational flows with IT solutions users;
- Coordination of BPM / CRM / Finance / Support;
- Deadline control;
Що очікуємо
- Experience in B2B iGaming operations or project management, ideally in a fast-paced, data-driven environment (2+ years preferred);
- Experience as a CRM / engagement / retention manager, with readiness to grow into a broader operational, partner-facing role;
- Understanding of operational models, knowledge of financial models is a plus.
- Skills:
- Confident Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, analysis);
