- Define and lead an effective QA strategy based on the project goals, risks, and the Customer’s expectations
- Own QA direction and maintain consistent quality standards and practices
- Align QA activities with strategic business goals and the Customer’s priorities
- Continuously improve QA processes, metrics, and standards
- Design and implement scalable automation testing frameworks for back-end and/or UI layers
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience in QA with a strong focus on test automation
- 2+ years of experience in a QA Leader / Senior Automation QA Engineer role
- Proven experience in leading QA for complex products
- Strong hands-on experience with test automation in Python
- Strong hands-on experience with automation frameworks (Robot Framework is a must; Playwright and pytest are highly desirable)
