Що робити
- Design, configure, and maintain solutions based on Atlassian products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence)
- Develop and support complex automations using Automation for Jira, ScriptRunner, or similar tools
- Integrate the Atlassian ecosystem with internal and external systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware
- Develop custom scripts, listeners, validators, and other custom extensions
- Build and maintain integrations with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of commercial experience working with Atlassian products/ecosystem
- Strong expertise in Jira administration (workflows, schemes, permission models, JQL)
- Hands-on experience with Jira Service Management (ITSM / ESM processes)
- Experience with scripting (Groovy for ScriptRunner or similar approaches)
- Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns
