About the role
We’re looking for an experienced ASO/SEO & Organic Growth Specialist to take ownership of organic growth across multiple fintech products and markets. You will develop and execute ASO, SEO, SERM, and CRO strategies that drive sustainable user acquisition, improve app store visibility, strengthen brand reputation, and optimize conversion across the customer journey. As we continue expanding into new markets, you’ll play a key role in launching and scaling organic growth channels from day one.
What You Will Be Doing
Develop and execute ASO strategies for iOS and Android, including metadata, localization, creative assets, ratings, and reviews management.
Own and optimize App Store and Google Play product pages across multiple markets.
Plan, launch, and analyze A/B tests to improve app store conversion rates and organic visibility.
Build and execute SEO, GEO, and AI SEO strategies to increase qualified traffic and user acquisition.
Conduct keyword research, monitor rankings, and continuously optimize organic performance across products and markets.
Develop and oversee SEO-focused content and blog strategies, from topic planning and content briefs to publication and performance analysis.
Manage Search Engine Reputation Management (SERM), monitor brand mentions, and improve brand sentiment across search and review platforms.
Drive CRO initiatives through funnel analysis, landing page optimization, experimentation, and user behavior insights.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and algorithm updates to identify growth opportunities.
Build and maintain dashboards, track KPIs, and continuously optimize strategies based on performance data.
What You Need To Have
3+ years of hands-on experience in ASO and SEO, ideally working with high-traffic mobile applications.
Strong understanding of App Store and Google Play ranking algorithms, optimization techniques, and best practices.
Experience managing keyword strategies, content optimization, and organic growth initiatives across multiple markets.
Proven experience with app ratings and reviews management, SERM, and reputation monitoring.
Experience with CRO, A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as AppTweak, Ahrefs, AppFigures, BrandMentions, Google Analytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Amplitude.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external contractors.
English level C1 or higher.
Experience in fintech, banking, or multi-market digital products will be considered a strong advantage.
