Що робити
- You will run production for an art team of 40 to 50 people and report to Lead Games Producer. Budgets, schedule and hours all sit with you. The Art Lead owns the creative decisions. You own everything that makes the work land on time and on budget.
- You will know what every artist is working on, how many hours it took and whether that number was reasonable. When a project starts slipping you find out first, well before the deadline passes.
- This is a hands on management job. We need someone who cuts through the noise and setbacks, and collects and analyzes the data that drives improvement.
