- Set up, configure, and verify client environments and application integrations.
- Provide L2 technical support and investigate production issues.
- Analyze logs, system behavior, configurations, and API requests to identify root causes.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, and environment-related issues.
- Work with Linux servers and command-line tools.
Що очікуємо
- 2–4 years of professional experience in Application Support, L2 Technical Support, Production Support, Implementation Engineering, Integration Engineering, or Technical Operations.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Practical experience with:
- Linux, command line, and SSH
- SQL and relational databases
Що пропонуємо
