- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP BPC 10.1 environments.
- Configure, maintain, and monitor SAP BPC 10.1 solutions.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, including Excel Add-In related problems.
- Analyze root causes of incidents and implement sustainable solutions.
- Support business users with functional and technical issues related to planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.

- Strong experience with SAP BPC 10.1.
- Solid knowledge of SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC).
- Expertise in SAP Business Planning and Consolidation financial processes, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.
- Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining SAP BPC 10.1 environments.
- Strong understanding of common SAP BPC issues and troubleshooting techniques, including Excel Add-In related errors.
