- You will assist our appeal managers with Amazon reinstatement cases, including:
- Preparing appeals for Amazon Seller Performance and other Amazon teams;
- Analyzing Amazon notifications, client documents, and case details;
- Communicating with clients in English, both in writing and by phone;
- Contacting Amazon Support regarding ongoing cases;
Що очікуємо
- English level B2 or higher, both written and spoken;
- Basic understanding of Amazon policies and the Amazon Seller Central interface;
- Strong attention to detail — this is a key requirement for the role;
- Ability to work with written information and documents;
- Responsible and organized approach to tasks;
