Amazon Account Executive

As a client-facing Account Executive, you will own a portfolio of Amazon brands end-to-end, acting as the main point of contact and strategic partner for your clients. You will work closely with dedicated PPC, Technical, SEO, and Design teams to drive profitable growth for your clients.
Strategy & P&L: Craft comprehensive account strategies, manage growth plans and P&L, set revenue, profit, and TACoS targets, and build quarterly roadmaps and weekly priorities.
Client Collaboration & Satisfaction: Gain a deep understanding of each client's business to turn requirements into actionable steps. Build trust, collaborate on revenue targets, lead weekly updates, monthly reports, and QBRs, and ensure churn stays low.
Data & Marketplace Excellence: Analyze performance metrics and use Brand Analytics and Search Query Performance to guide listings, SEO, pricing, promos, inventory coordination, and catalog health.
Advertising & Cross-Functional Oversight: Coordinate and align goals with the PPC team, approve budgets, targets, and launches, and drive timelines across technical teams and external agencies.

Experience: 3–5+ years in an Amazon agency as Account Executive, Account Manager, or Brand Manager. We'll also consider exceptional candidates with hands-on brand-side experience who have genuinely owned P&L and growth for a brand.
Proven Track Record: Experience developing multiple successful brands to 7 figures under your personal management.
Marketplace Experience: Solid experience with Amazon US and core European marketplaces (UK, DE, FR, IT, ES) is required.
Strong Analytical Skills: Strong Google Sheets skills (pivots, lookups, clean reporting) to evaluate performance and build data-driven strategies.
Mindset & Communication: Proactive and strategic, with a strong ownership mindset, reliable execution, a customer-centric approach, and fluent English (written and spoken) for clear client communication and meeting leadership.
