Що робити
- Researching trading ideas, market patterns, indicators, price action logic, and systematic trading hypotheses.
- Translating trading ideas into clear, testable rules.
- Building and improving backtests using historical market data.
- Running out-of-sample tests, walk-forward tests, forward tests, and paper trading validation.
- Analyzing strategy performance, drawdowns, risk/reward, win rate, expectancy, slippage, commissions, and market regime changes.
Що очікуємо
- Real experience with trading systems, trading research, or trading-related software.
- Strong software engineering skills in at least one relevant language or trading platform.
- Ability to think critically about strategy performance and avoid overfitting.
- Understanding that backtested results are not the same as live trading results.
- Ability to work with data, test assumptions, and explain conclusions clearly.
