Ai Engineer / Developer
Remote · Part-Time or Full-Time · Up to $1500/month
Hours: TBD per week. Working in U.S Eastern Time.
We build and deploy AI agents that do real work inside small businesses: scheduling, follow-ups, data entry, reporting. Things that run unattended against a client's live data, where being wrong costs money.
You own those agents from design through production. You ship them, you maintain them, you fix them when they break.
WHAT YOU NEED
You've shipped something using an LLM that real people have used. Not a tutorial. Something tangible that can show off your skills.
Experience using and understanding Python and real API work: REST, webhooks, auth, rate limits, retries, idempotency.
You've integrated with a CRM or business platform before. GHL, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier-class tooling.

You speak up and share your thoughts proactively. You have opinions about what should and shouldn't be automated, and you say so.
THIS PROBABLY ISN'T FOR YOU IF
You want research or fine-tuning work. This is applied engineering.
You only want to build the interesting part. The real value is in the last 20% the failure handling, monitoring, fixing things in production.
You need clean data and well-defined specs before you start. You need constant hand holding.
You'd rather hand off after the demo.
You'd rather not speak up.
