At LITSLINK, we’re looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about AI and excited about helping others use it effectively.
Our engineering teams already work with modern AI technologies, but we’re looking for a person who can help spread AI knowledge across the company, support AI-related client conversations, explore new tools, and become a go-to person for AI initiatives.
This is not a traditional AI Engineering role. While a technical background is important, your focus will be on communication, AI exploration, knowledge sharing, client interactions, and helping teams stay up to date with the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
What You’ll Do
Participate in AI-related client meetings and presales activities
Help identify opportunities where AI can bring value to clients and internal teams
Stay up to date with new AI tools, trends, frameworks, and best practices
Test and evaluate emerging AI technologies
Mentor and support trainees, junior specialists, and team members exploring AI technologies
Organize internal AI workshops, demos, and knowledge-sharing sessions
Help teams adopt AI tools and improve their day-to-day workflows
Collaborate with engineers and other departments to share AI expertise
Support internal AI initiatives and educational activities
Help colleagues navigate the growing AI ecosystem
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of professional experience in a technical role
Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies
Good understanding of modern AI concepts such as LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, MCP, AI Automation, and related tools
Experience using AI tools in practice
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical way
Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to continuously learn
Nice to Have
Experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML, Business Analysis, Product Management, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, or similar roles
Experience participating in client meetings, discovery sessions, or presales activities
Experience conducting workshops, training sessions, webinars, or presentations
Personal AI projects, blogging, public speaking, or community involvement
Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Copilot, LangChain, LangGraph, n8n, Make, or similar platforms
