- Development of affiliate direction: strategy for attracting and scaling the partner network, prioritization of GEO/sources/partners.
- Leadership of the Affiliate team: setting goals, planning, monitoring performance, coaching/mentoring, performance management.
- Engaging and negotiating with leading partners in global markets
- Traffic purchasing and budget management: budget allocation across channels, margin control, ROI/CPA/LTV optimization.
- Expert knowledge of models: Fixed fee, CPA, Hybrid, Revenue Share, EPC — selecting a model for a partner/channel, quality and conditions control.
