Right now, we are looking for a visionary Affiliate Marketing Project Lead to drive our growth to the next level.
In this role, you will:
Budgeting & Optimization: Plan and control marketing budgets, track key performance metrics for traffic acquisition, optimize active campaign traffic flows, and scale profitable spend.
Market Insights: Organize the collection and monitoring of market insights and trends through the affiliate marketing team, and deliver them to the product team.
Promo Coordination: Coordinate with the product team on promotional materials, bonuses, and promo codes to ensure affiliate needs are covered.
Traffic Analysis: Analyze traffic conversion issues with the product team and systematize traffic sources to improve performance.
Skills you’ll need to bring:
Analytics: Strong analytical skills in traffic performance metrics (ATPU, ARPU, LTV, etc.).
Financial Modeling: Budget planning and financial modeling for traffic acquisition and campaign scaling.
Affiliate Expertise: Deep understanding of affiliate traffic acquisition, including the specifics of different traffic sources and experience with various affiliate payment models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).
Data Tools: Data analysis and reporting using marketing analytics tools and BI systems.
