Що робити
- Manage and grow your existing affiliate/webmaster network
- Attract new affiliates and traffic sources
- Negotiate commercial terms and payouts
- Monitor traffic quality and performance metrics (CPA, CPL, ROI, etc.)
- Optimize campaigns together with media buyers and advertisers
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or lead generation
- Own active base of webmasters/affiliates (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing models (CPA, CPL, RevShare)
- Experience with different traffic sources (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Native, Push, etc.)
- An analytical mindset and the ability to work with performance metrics
Що пропонуємо
