Affiliate Manager

• This is not a role where you will inherit a mature affiliate program and simply maintain an existing portfolio of partners.
• Our affiliate function is still at an early stage, so this is a hands-on, build-from-the-ground-up role with significant ownership.
• You will be responsible for developing the affiliate channel end-to-end: identifying and recruiting partners, negotiating commercial terms, launching campaigns, building strong partner relationships, monitoring economics, optimizing performance, and helping shape the processes and infrastructure needed to scale the channel.
• We are looking for someone who is proactive, commercially strong, highly data-driven, and comfortable creating a partner pipeline rather than waiting for inbound opportunities.
• Existing relationships with affiliates, publishers, and networks in health, wellness, weight loss, supplements, or adjacent performance marketing verticals will be a strong advantage.
