- Managing and developing key and most profitable partners
- Attracting strong partners and strategic traffic sources
- Handling complex negotiations and individual partnership terms
- In-depth traffic performance analysis and scaling profitable campaigns
- Advanced experience with CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming, with a proven track record of partner scaling
- Exception: candidates with a large existing partner portfolio that is relevant to the company
- Deep understanding of key metrics: FD / RD / R2D / LTV / Churn
- Strong knowledge of analytics tools, including Tableau, affiliate platforms, and experience with predictive models (optional)
- Experience independently representing an affiliate program at industry conferences; understanding of regulatory requirements across key GEOs
