What You’ll Be Doing
Growing our affiliate network by identifying, approaching, and onboarding high-quality partners across Tier-1 markets.
Building lasting partnerships based on trust, transparency, and mutual growth.
Negotiating deals and finding win-win terms that drive performance for both sides.
Optimizing affiliate campaigns to improve traffic quality, conversion rates, and overall profitability.
Analyzing performance data to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
Representing the company at international industry events and conferences to build connections and unlock new business opportunities.
Working with internal CRM systems, analytics tools, and payment platforms to keep partnerships running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming or sports betting industry.
A solid understanding of Tier-1 markets, their dynamics, and affiliate acquisition strategies.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
A commercial mindset and the ability to identify opportunities that translate into measurable results.
A proactive, independent approach to work — you know how to get things moving without waiting to be told what to do.
A genuine interest in growing your expertise and impact within the iGaming industry.
Fluent English and the confidence to negotiate and build professional relationships with international partners.
