What we expect:
2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, across Dating vertical;
Fluency in written and spoken English;
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
Comfortable working with large volumes of data and drawing insights from it;
Ready to travel to international conferences and represent the company;
An existing base of affiliate partners in the dating vertical is a strong plus.
What you'll be doing:
Managing and growing relationships with existing affiliate partners;
Acting as the main point of contact, from contracts and negotiations to day-to-day support;
Running multiple campaigns at once: budgets, payouts, creatives, offer updates;
Monitoring traffic quality and volume, catching risks early;
Keeping a pulse on market trends and sharing insights with the team.
