Що робити
- At the start:
- Processing and recording payments for the US entity: recurring software subscriptions, travel expenses, contractor settlements.
- Preparing and filing the US entity's reporting — independently or together with an external CPA.
- Categorising expenses and maintaining the source data that reporting is built on.
- Checking that transactions are documented correctly and advising the team on paperwork.
Що очікуємо
- The first two blocks are what you will be doing from day one. The third is experience we expect you to have, even if those tasks don't become yours right away.
- Required: US entity
- Experience keeping the books of a US-registered company.
- Preparing and filing the US entity's reporting — independently or together with an external CPA.
- Contractor tax forms: W-9, W-8BEN, W-8BEN-E; annual contractor reporting (1099-NEC).
