👤 What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Managing client accounts — Cooperating with insurance companies, updating patient records, and ensuring accuracy.
✔️ Tracking payments & billing — Processing, monitoring, and verifying financial transactions.
✔️ Data entry & policy verification — Ensuring all insurance and financial records are up to date.
✔️ Generating reports — Preparing monthly financial summaries and client-requested reports.
✔️ Ensuring compliance — Maintaining confidentiality and following security guidelines.
✔️ Problem-solving & support — Assisting in resolving account issues and internal system tickets.
📚 What You Bring:
✅ Experience in accounting, preferably in healthcare or insurance.
✅ Proficiency in accounting software & Microsoft Excel.
✅ Knowledge of financial reports, including P&L.
✅ Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
✅ Excellent English communication skills (B2 or higher).
✅ A proactive approach & ability to operate independently.
