Що робити

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across multiple concurrent projects
Manage client expectations, clarify priorities, and ensure alignment between business goals and delivery
Maintain communication through Upwork and other agreed channels, including milestone discussions and project updates
Coordinate project execution in collaboration with engineers, BA, designers, and BDM
Support Scrum processes including sprint planning alignment, progress tracking, and delivery follow-ups

Що очікуємо

1+ year experience as an Account Manager, Delivery Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, or similar client-facing role in IT outsourcing/outstaffin
Experience managing multiple parallel projects or contractors (5–10+ simultaneously)
Strong client communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate / B2+ or higher)
Practical understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows
Experience with CRM/ERP or project tracking systems
