Що робити
- Serve as the client’s main point of contact and manage the full communication cycle, especially during project preparation and launch stages.
- Collect and structure all necessary information from clients ahead of launches.
- Monitor and control project statuses at every stage, keeping both the client and the internal delivery team in sync.
- Fill in and maintain client-related documentation (project trackers, briefs, spreadsheets, reports) accurately and on time.
- Collect client feedback after launches, monitor satisfaction, and maintain a strong, ongoing client relationship.
Що очікуємо
- You have hands-on experience managing client accounts — ideally as a Support Affiliate Manager, Affiliate Manager, or in a similar client-facing role in iGaming. You are organized and structured, comfortable running many parallel client threads, and you keep nothing slipping through the cracks. You build warm, trusted relationships with clients and naturally spot opportunities to grow accounts.
