Developing 3D assets and animated content across the full production pipeline, from concept development and storyboarding to final delivery.
Creating production ready characters and environments, including 3D modeling, rigging, animation, camera work, lighting, rendering, and compositing.
Using traditional and AI assisted animation techniques to produce high quality animated episodes.
Integrating and synchronizing animation with background music, audio, and AI generated English voice over where required.
Maintaining visual and stylistic consistency across all episodes and production assets.

Professional experience in 3D production for 1,5+ years.
A portfolio demonstrating at least one completed series or multi episode project.
Proven track record of taking a character from an initial concept to a fully realized, animated scene.
Proficient in 3D Modeling & Sculpting: creating expressive, animation ready characters (topology, UV mapping) and detailed environments using industry standard tools.
Strong expertise in Environment & Scene Development: composition, lighting, and world building to create immersive backgrounds that enhance the story.

Expertly enhancing AI generated results to ensure professional lighting and aesthetics that align with a high end, hand crafted look.
A proactive, self driven approach to mastering and integrating cutting edge AI tools into the production workflow.
Ability to balance speed and quality by knowing when to model from scratch and when to leverage AI/stock assets.
Extreme attention to detail in spotting and fixing AI artifacts or technical glitches to ensure a polished final product.
