We're looking for an SDR who understands that speed and quality of first contact is everything. Not someone just getting started with a CRM - someone who already knows how to qualify fast, communicate confidently in English, and pass the right lead at the right moment.
What you'll be doing:
Process inbound inquiries via email and CRM - quickly and with context
Manage and optimize Upwork profiles: submitting proposals, maintaining ratings, handling client communication on the platform
Work with Gigradar: monitor relevant projects, analyze the market, identify opportunities
Qualify leads and hand off warm contacts to senior sales managers with full context
Offer relevant upsells during initial client interactions
Keep CRM records accurate and report on completed tasks
Coordinate with marketing and support teams to move deals forward
What matters to us:
2+ years of experience in sales, client service, or a similar role
Hands-on experience with Gigradar - required
Confident Upwork skills: profile management, proposal writing, platform communication
English at B2+ level - you'll be writing and speaking with clients directly
Strong organization: you can manage a high volume of leads without losing track
You know the difference between a qualified lead and noise - and act accordingly
Nice to have:
Background in digital / IT / agency environments
Understanding of sales funnel metrics (conversion rate, response time, etc.)
Experience with other freelance platforms
