The B2B Sales Engine (Primary Focus): * Identify and close high-value partnerships with MCNs, agencies, and creator networks.
Implement robust Outbound/ABM systems (LinkedIn, direct, strategic partnerships).
Structure the sales process from lead gen to "closed-won" to account management.
The B2C Creator Growth: * Scale the acquisition of monetized creators globally through paid (Meta, TikTok, Google) and organic loops.

English Proficiency: C1 (Advanced) is a must for global communication.
7+ years of leadership in Growth/Sales (Fintech, SaaS, or Creator Economy preferred).
Proven "0 to 1" experience: You have built a revenue system from scratch, not just managed an existing one.
Unit economics mastery: Deep expertise in LTV/CAC, payback periods, and data tools (HubSpot, Mixpanel, GA4, Appsflyer).
Global operator: Proven success in scaling international markets (specifically the Americas and Europe).
