Що робити
Keep the office running: access management, supplies, maintenance, vendor coordination, purchases, and expense tracking
Manage document flow: printing, signature coordination, scanning, and filing
Maintain simple operational trackers for supplies, expenses, swag, deliveries, travel, bookings, visitor access, and open issues
Support HR administration: employee data, internal communications, internal events, team gatherings, and celebrations
Facilitate corporate travel: bookings, logistics, expenses, and trackers
Що очікуємо
English level B1+
Excellent communication skills
Strong ownership and organizational skills: you manage multiple priorities independently and solve problems before they occur
Hands-on and accuracy: reliable with paperwork, data, receipts, and records
Comfortable with office tools: spreadsheets, trackers, printed documents, and basic admin systems
