We’re looking for an HR Manager to support the growth of Receptor.AI by managing recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and people related processes across the company. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with technical and scientific teams, can organize hiring processes efficiently, and wants to contribute to building a strong team culture in a fast growing TechBio company.
You’ll work closely with leadership, project managers, and department leads to make sure the company attracts, hires, and supports the right talent for scientific, technical, and operational roles.
What You’ll Do
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the full recruitment cycle for scientific, technical, and operational positions.
Prepare and publish job descriptions on relevant hiring platforms.
Search for candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional communities, and other channels.
Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and technical interviewers.
Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Track recruitment progress and keep hiring data organized.
Support employer branding activities and improve candidate experience.
HR Operations & Employee Support
Support onboarding for new employees and contractors.
Prepare and maintain HR documents, internal records, and employee information.
Help organize internal processes related to team communication, performance, and feedback.
Team Culture & Process Improvement
Contribute to building a positive and professional team environment.
Collect feedback from employees and help identify areas for improvement.
Support internal initiatives related to employee engagement and team development.
Help improve recruitment, onboarding, and HR workflows as the company grows.
What We’re Looking For
Required
Previous experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or people operations.
Experience managing recruitment processes from candidate search to interview coordination.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
