Senior Recruiter, international hiring (iGaming)
We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter who can own hiring end-to-end and operate in fast and direct headhunting mode — not CV processing.

You’ll run international recruitment, partner with hiring managers as an equal (not an assistant), challenge unrealistic demands, and close both tech and non-tech roles across multiple markets.

What You’ll Do
Own the full recruitment cycle in iGaming: intake → sourcing → interviews → offers → closing
Hire internationally across different regions and time zones
Close Tech & Non-Tech roles (Engineering, Data, Product, Sales, Marketing, CRM, Ops, Compliance, etc.)
Proactively headhunt via LinkedIn, referrals, and niche platforms
Partner with hiring managers and leadership, challenge when needed
Sell roles, teams, and vision to top candidates
Manage offers, negotiations, and counter-offers
What You Bring
3+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
Proven experience closing tech and non-tech roles
International hiring experience
English B2/C1 — mandatory
Strong sourcing, communication, and closing skills
Big plus: iGaming experience, sales mindset, work with senior stakeholders
