What we expect:
Hands on recruitment experience of 2+ years

Understanding of iGaming and global IT markets (will be an advantage)
"Can do" attitude and desire to learn
Strong communication skills
Advanced user of interviewing technics
At least Upper-intermediate English
Fluent Ukrainian and russian (we don't work with the terrorist state- russia, but we do work with Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Baltics countries)
Main duties:
Full cycle of recruitment (tech/non tech roles)
Maintaining internal Database (BambooHR)
Background and reference checks
Most frequent vacancies are: CTO, COO, Head of Affiliates, Affiliate manager, Art Director, Product manager, UI/UX designer, CRM manager, Head of HR, VIP manager, Operations manager, BE TL, FE TL, Head of Casino, Head of Sportsbook, Head of Sales, Game producer. We don't work with Junior and entry level roles.
