Partners consultancy in technical aspects of the company’s product and integration (via emails, chats, etc).
Collect, understand and document information, issues that will be in our partners.
Timely and quickly transfer the partners’ requests to the competent team to resolve the issue (if it is impossible to solve the issue without the competent department, people).
Provide in an appropriate manner a clear answer to the partners regarding the solution of this or that issue.

At least 1-2 years of experience as an Integration Engineer/Technical Customer Service Manager/Technical Customer Care Agent Support/ Technical Customer Support Representative.
Experience with HTTP and basic unix systems, DevTools.
Back-end integration (REST/API services & other protocols, techniques).
