We are helping our partner, a growing product-focused IT company, find a Sales Manager to support and expand their presence in the Spanish market.
This is not a role focused on aggressive sales tactics, rigid scripts, or endless cold prospecting from scratch.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, thrives in conversations, and wants to grow within an international business environment while becoming an expert in a valuable product.
About the Role
This position sits somewhere between Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success.
We’re not simply looking for someone who can sell.
We’re looking for someone who wants to understand customers, identify their needs, help them find the right solutions, and build long-term relationships based on trust.
What You’ll Do
Communicate with customers across the Spanish market.
Introduce and explain the product’s features and capabilities.
Work with existing customers to maximize product value.
Re-engage customers who have stopped using the platform.
Reach out to potential customers using prepared contact databases.
Conduct phone calls, online meetings, and day-to-day customer communication.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Collect and share customer feedback with the Product Team.
Contribute to the growth and development of the company’s Spanish market operations.
Who We’re Looking For

Have Spanish language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
Communicate confidently and naturally with different types of people.
Enjoy building relationships and earning customer trust.
Have experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Support, Client Relations, or Call Center environments.
Are comfortable working with both existing and potential customers.
Enjoy learning new products and understanding customer businesses.
