Що очікуємо

  • Deep hands-on experience with Zoho CRM: Deluge functions, workflows, Blueprints, and the Zoho REST API.
  • Experience integrating Zoho with external applications via REST API, webhooks, and OAuth - beyond native connectors.
  • Practical experience designing around Zoho API limits and credits as an architectural constraint.
  • Proven track record of building complex triggers, automations, and lead distribution logic.
  • Ability to gather requirements independently and document as you go - there is currently no existing documentation.

  • Experience with other Zoho products (Desk, Campaigns, Analytics, SalesIQ, Meetings) - willingness to master the ecosystem matters more than a checklist.
  • GoHighLevel (GHL) experience.
  • Experience connecting third-party CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, ReSimpli).
  • Genuine interest in AI tooling and automation.
