Що робити
- Manage the VIP manager team: assign tasks, monitor deadlines and quality, provide regular feedback, conduct one‑to‑one meetings;
- Monitor work with VIP players: contact with new players, response speed, relevance of tags and limits in CRM;
- Track the activity of key players, the dynamics of their deposits and profits, and identify deviations and risks in a timely manner;
- Develop and coordinate bonus mechanics and personalized offers for VIP players, prepare technical specifications and regulations;
- Analyze the effectiveness of bonuses issued and their impact on deposit activity;
Що очікуємо
- From 2 years of experience in iGaming in a management position, or at least 1 year in a similar position (team lead in VIP, CRM, or retention);
- Experience in team management: assigning tasks, monitoring results, providing feedback, and training employees;
- Ability to analyze large volumes of data and draw conclusions about players, bonuses, and deposit trends;
- Proficient use of Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI);
- Experience in writing technical specifications for in‑house developed services to meet the needs of the VIP team;
