- Communicate directly with VIP players via messengers and outbound calls.
- Analyze player behavior and preferences to personalize offers.
- Create promotional activities and special campaigns based on player segmentation.
- Maintain accurate offer-tracking documents.
- Collaborate with CRM, Payments, Risk, and Marketing teams on VIP campaigns.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ months of experience in iGaming in VIP, Retention, or related roles.
- Proven experience with chats, messengers, and outbound calls.
- Strong understanding of VIP promotions, including deposit bonuses, no-deposit bonuses, personal campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Confident user of Excel or Google Sheets for segmentation, analysis, reporting, and offer tracking.
- English — C1.
