- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP players across LATAM markets.
- Deliver a high level of personalized customer service and account management.
- Monitor player activity and identify opportunities to improve retention, loyalty, and player value.
- Proactively engage VIP players through various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone.
- Develop tailored offers, bonuses, and promotional activities based on player behavior and preferences.
Що очікуємо
- 1+ year of experience in VIP Management, Customer Success, Retention, CRM, or Account Management within iGaming.
- Fluent Spanish (C1-C2 level) and English at a conversational level or higher.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
