Що робити
- Manage a portfolio of VIP players and build long-term relationships.
- Communicate with players via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
- Handle player requests related to payments, bonuses, and account issues.
- Create and manage personalized bonuses and promotional offers.
- Monitor player activity and identify retention opportunities.
Що очікуємо
- 1+ year of experience as a VIP Manager in iGaming.
- English level B2+ (both spoken and written).
- Experience working with English-speaking players.
- Experience with VIP bonuses and bonus mechanics.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
