- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with VIP players

- Achieve individual KPI and revenue targets
- Develop personalized offers and retention strategies

- At least 1 year of experience in VIP Management, Retention, Sales, Account Management, or other customer-facing roles
- Experience in iGaming, Betting, Forex, Crypto, Fintech, or other performance-driven industries will be considered a strong advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to influence customer decisions
- Experience communicating with clients via phone calls
