- AI video generation experience. You should know your way around tools like Seedance, Higgsfield, Veo 3, or Sora, generating frames and shots that actually cut into a real edit
- Motion design basics. Clean animated text, transitions, and simple graphics that don't scream "template"
- Comfortable working with Claude daily for scripting, ideation, and workflow optimization
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to produce visually engaging content
