Cobit Solutions (www.cobit-solutions.com) is a business intelligence consulting company specializing in Microsoft Power BI, Azure Data Platform, data warehousing, ETL, and AI-based analytics. We help companies replace manual reporting with automated dashboards and make decisions based on accurate, daily updated KPIs.
About the project
We’re building an internal supplier management platform for a large British tableware brand (global presence). The platform is used by sourcing teams to manage supplier relationships, track pricing, documents, meeting history and run RFQ/tender workflows.
The platform exists but needs a proper UX overhaul — right now it’s closer to a database with screens. We need to turn it into an intuitive working tool that non-technical sourcing managers use daily.
What you’ll be working on
— Wireframes and user flows for new platform sections (meeting notes, document management, pricing, RFQ workflow)
— Redesign of existing screens — improving navigation, filtering and overall usability
— Component-level UI design that can be handed off directly to a PHP/Bootstrap developer
— Occasional input on information architecture decisions
What we’re looking for
— Experience designing internal tools, dashboards or B2B platforms — not just marketing sites or apps
— Ability to translate complex workflows into clean, simple interfaces for non-technical users
— Comfortable working from a brief or user research notes without heavy hand-holding
— Figma as primary tool
— English — sufficient for written communication and presenting designs to a client
