Що робити
- UX Writing & Product Content:
- Write and improve product copy across the platform, including onboarding flows, empty states, dialogs, tooltips, validation messages, settings descriptions, transactional messages, banners, notifications, and templates.
- Ensure consistency of terminology, tone of voice, and overall product communication.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to improve clarity, usability, and customer experience through better content.
- Help simplify complex workflows and product concepts through clear and user-friendly language.
Що очікуємо
- Strong written English (Upper-Intermediate / Advanced or higher).
- Experience in UX writing, product writing, technical writing, localization, or similar roles.
- Excellent editing and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Experience working with SaaS products.
