Що робити
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Own the acquisition funnel from ad impression through landing page, onboarding, conversion, and paid user acquisition.
- Develop and continuously test new audiences, campaign structures, creatives, offers, messaging, and landing-page hypotheses.
- Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
- Define and monitor key acquisition metrics including CAC, CPA, CPC, CPM, CTR, CVR, ROAS, payback period, and LTV/CAC.
Що пропонуємо
- Experience with B2B, professional networking, marketplace, SaaS, subscription, or mobile app products.
- Experience building and optimizing quiz, onboarding, or lead-generation funnels.
- Experience with iOS app acquisition and App Store conversion funnels.
- Experience with creative performance analysis and developing briefs for designers or UGC creators.
- Experience with attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar.
