Holdme is a new AI-powered emotional wellbeing app designed to help people discover what actually makes them feel better.
Instead of offering the same generic advice to everyone, Holdme learns what works for each person and turns those insights into personalized daily actions. We’re at an exciting early stage: the product is taking shape, the opportunity is huge, and there’s plenty of room to experiment, challenge assumptions, and discover what works.
We’re looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager who wants to do more than optimize campaigns. Someone who wants to find, build, and scale a growth engine.
What you’ll do
— Own and scale paid acquisition, with Meta as your primary channel and opportunities to expand into AppLovin, TikTok, Google, and other platforms.
— Drive creative experimentation. Discover winning angles, messages, and formats, and turn performance insights into new hypotheses and tests.
— Own acquisition performance and unit economics, optimizing CPA, ROAS, and long-term customer value.
— Work closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to turn ideas into experiments and winning experiments into scalable systems.
— Explore new growth opportunities. Challenge existing approaches, test new channels, and find ways to reach audiences we haven’t reached before.
What we’re looking for
— 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and user acquisition for B2C digital products.
— Deep expertise in Meta Ads, including campaign structure, creative testing, optimization, and scaling.
— Experience with subscription-based apps and web acquisition funnels.
— Strong understanding of subscription unit economics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, and payback.
— A track record of scaling acquisition, not just managing campaigns.
— An analytical mindset: you know how to dig into data, identify problems, and make decisions.
— Curiosity, ownership, and a bias for action. You don’t wait for someone to tell you what to test next.
— Comfortable communicating in English.
