We're looking for a UI/UX Designer with a strong e-commerce background to join a project for a premium Scandinavian fashion brand — over 125 years of heritage, craftsmanship, and timeless design.
This is a part-time role (up to 20 hours/week) where you'll be the sole designer on the project, working directly with a cross-functional team of Front-End, Back-End, and QA engineers, and collaborating closely with the client's Product Owner.
Why this project is interesting: The brand has a rich history and a clear identity — your job is to make sure the digital experience reflects that. You'll have real ownership over design decisions and direct visibility into how your work impacts the product.
What you'll be doing:
Auditing the current UI, identifying UX gaps, and using data insights to prioritise improvements
Analysing user flows and conversion bottlenecks typical for e-commerce platforms
Creating and maintaining a component library and design system in Figma
Designing new features with a focus on e-commerce performance — product pages, checkout flows, navigation, search
Collaborating with the Front-End developer and Client Product Owner for pixel-accurate handoff
Reviewing implemented designs in staging and providing feedback to ensure quality of the final result
What we're looking for:
3+ years of commercial UI/UX experience, with a focus on e-commerce web platforms
Proven track record of designing for conversion — product listings, PDPs, checkout, cart
Ability to read and act on analytics data (heatmaps, funnel analysis, session recordings)
Strong command of Figma including component libraries and design systems
Solid visual design sensibility with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Upper-Intermediate English (B2+)
