Що робити

Own the User Acquisition process end-to-end, including campaign launches, day-to-day management, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization.
Analyze campaigns, funnels, and creatives on a daily basis and use data to identify growth opportunities and define clear rules for campaign optimization.
Develop creative ideas and work closely with the team to turn them into performance-driven concepts.
Conduct audience research from a performance marketing perspective, including demographics, interests, behaviors, and pain points.
Lead brainstorming sessions and develop marketing hypotheses across creatives, funnels, and ad campaigns.

Що очікуємо

3+ years of experience in paid acquisition within product companies
Strong hands-on experience with AppLovin and Meta Ads
Expertise in both web and mobile acquisition
Experience with AI-powered automation tools, such as Birch
Hands-on experience with attribution tools (AppsFlyer / Adjust)
