Translation Manager

Що робити

  • Coordination and processing of translation requests from product, content teams, and other departments; ensuring effective interaction with request initiators and managing tasks in Jira (if needed), as well as monitoring deadline compliance;
  • Organizing the process of preparing documents and spreadsheets for translation, including their creation, distribution to AI-platform or translators, and maintaining effective communication with them;
  • Prompt handling of urgent edits from content, CS, and CRM teams within marketing tasks for multi-geo markets, including coordination of communication and change control;
  • Calculating translation volumes (character count), calculating translators' fees, setting up and monitoring payment tasks;
  • Providing operational support to copywriters, proofreaders, and translators during the workflow, including handling inquiries about tasks, document access, deadlines, and other organizational issues;

Що очікуємо

  • Experience in translation/project management, localization, or content operations;
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional processes and manage multiple priorities;
  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets;
  • Understanding of localization workflows, translation QA processes, glossaries, and terminology management;
  • Interest in AI tools and willingness to work with machine translation, prompt optimization, and AI-driven localization workflows;
